Apple: We still have a lot to cover.

It's official! Apple just sent out invites to selected members of press for an iPad event that is going to take place on coming Tuesday, October 22.

This event will commence at 10:00 a.m. PT [1 p.m. EST / 1 a.m. Malaysia Time (23rd, October)], at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco, the same venue where 3rd Generation iPad was launched.

Personally, this is one of the most anticipated events of the year after the iPhone 5S/5C event. I'm expecting the 5th Generation iPad and 2nd Generation iPad Mini from the event and hopefully the rumoured Gold version of them. Besides, 2nd Generation iPad Mini is expected to carry the Retina Display. OS X Mavericks, and the new MacBook Pro with Haswell processor may also come to surface in the event.

Predicting from the colours on the invites, are the new iPads and iPad Mini coming with different colours just like the iPhone 5C? We will see. It'd be fun. Stay tuned for updates on the event and I would be sharing links to the livestream of the event soon.
